Due to the high volume of orders, the shipping and delivery time may extend from 7 to 10 business days for some orders.

We at "Dermazone" make every effort to ensure the quality of our partners' products and that your purchases arrive in good condition. If you encounter any issues with your order for any reason, please send us an email at customercare@dermazone.net, and we will do our best to resolve it.

Please inform us of the issue within 7 days of your order, as we will be happy to offer an appropriate solution based on the circumstances, as follows:

  • Shipping fees cannot be refunded unless there is a defect in the products.
  • For your safety and health, vitamins and dietary supplements, including Beauty Gummies, cannot be exchanged or returned. If the customer requests a refund due to delivery failure, order cancellation after shipping, or order return after receipt, the full value of these products will be deducted from the refund amount, in addition to full shipping, return costs, and any applicable customs fees.
  • Misuse or tampering with products may prevent the approval of returns.
  • Once the products are received by the company, a settlement will be made and the return value will be assessed as necessary.
  • Returns will be processed according to the same payment method used. If the purchase was made via bank transfer, the refund will be made in the same manner.
  • If the company determines that a return is due, it will be processed within 7 to 21 business days.

In case of product damage and proof of damage upon receipt of the order by the shipping company, the customer should contact the customer service department by sending an email to customercare@dermazone.net to report the issue within two days from the actual receipt date as recorded in the shipping company’s system, attaching pictures of the received product’s condition. The refund process will begin after confirmation from the customer service department, and the refund amount will be the product price at the time of purchase as shown in the order invoice (the original product price minus any discount applied if the product was purchased at a discounted price). Dermazone has the right to compensate the customer with a shopping coupon from the online store for the same value as the damaged product.
  2. If the customer wishes to cancel the order or part of the order before processing and shipping, they should contact the customer service department by sending an email to customercare@dermazone.net to inform about the cancellation request, so that the refund process can begin after confirming that the order has not been processed or shipped. The refund will be for the product or products as shown in the order invoice (the original product price minus any discount applied if the product was purchased at a discounted price). If the cancellation request is received after the order has been processed and shipped, shipping charges will be deducted from the order value along with any other shipping-related expenses, and the refund will only cover the remaining value of the order once the returned order is actually received by the shipping company and based on the order status in the company's system, not in the shipping company's system.

If delivery of the order is impossible due to incorrect customer details, such as errors in entering the phone number or incomplete address and delivery location details, or due to the customer not responding to the shipping company’s contact or message regarding delivery time and location. The customer should contact the customer service department by sending an email to customercare@dermazone.net to request a refund. Shipping charges and any related costs will be deducted from the order value, and the refund will only cover the remaining value of the order once the returned order is received by the shipping company, based on the order status in the company’s system, not in the shipping company’s system. Please note that the customer will bear the shipping costs again if they wish to reship the order, and the order will be reshipped after the customer pays the reshipping charges.

The customer has the right to request cancellation of the order without incurring any charges, such as shipping fees, and to request a full refund of the order amount only if 14 business days have passed from the order creation date without any communication from Dermazone or any delivery attempt or contact from the shipping company during this period.

Damaged Goods

Dermazone will only accept returns for defective products, provided they are in their original condition. Dermazone does not accept returns for opened products unless they are defective. If the defective product is opened and a return is requested, the customer will bear the return shipping costs to Dermazone. The product will then be sent to the manufacturer for inspection. If the manufacturer deems the product defective, the customer can then choose between receiving a full refund (including the return shipping costs incurred) or receiving another product.

Cancelation Policy

At Dermazone, we strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. If you wish to cancel an order, please send us an email as soon as possible at customercare@dermazone.net. We will do our best to cancel your order. However, if your order has already been shipped, you will need to return the shipped order, and only the shipping fee will be deducted, with the remaining amount refunded via the original payment method. Orders that are canceled after leaving the company are considered returns and are subject to our return policy.   • Delivery will incur a charge according to the company’s estimates to the GCC countries; otherwise, shipping fees apply according to the shipping price. Please ensure that you provide us with the complete and correct shipping addresses. It is also worth mentioning that large orders not shipped via the current Express Delivery service applied on the online store are subject to additional shipping fees, which will be determined later, and orders requiring large quantities will be halted until the new shipping fees are fully paid by the customer after estimating the shipping cost..  
  • Dermazone will not be responsible for lost orders due to incorrect information provided by the customer. If you enter an incorrect address, Dermazone is not obligated to resend the order to the correct address at our expense. If you fail to provide us with a correct address within 14 days, your order will be canceled.
  • Each purchase order will be shipped separately and will not be combined with other orders.
  • Dermazone does not guarantee delivery dates, but we will do our best through our means to send the products to you on the specified dates. Our “door-to-door” delivery service is handled by various professional delivery companies, and they will deliver your shipment directly. You will be provided with a tracking number, which will allow you to track your shipment throughout the entire journey..  
  • Customs and import regulations vary significantly between countries. Unfortunately, we cannot know all the regulations related to each country. You are fully responsible for ensuring that the goods you order are not prohibited or restricted in the delivery country..
  • Dermazone is not responsible for the return/exchange of any goods or any costs related to them or arising from the importation or confiscation of any goods by customs or any other government authority in your country. Similarly, any customs duties or taxes related to the importation of your order are not our responsibility and are beyond our control. If the order is returned to us by your country’s import authorities and can be resold, we will refund the order value to you minus any postal fees we incurred. We will not refund goods shipped and seized or required by your country’s customs if they contain prohibited products. We will not be responsible for any lost goods if transported outside the GCC countries..
  • International shipping (Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, Iraq, Jordan, Egypt, UAE, and all countries except Saudi Arabia) may result in delivery delays of 7-10 days, in addition to customs fees that may be imposed on the order, which the customer is fully responsible for paying to deliver the order to the requested country.
